Hello there, it’s time for another Watercooler Wednesday Challenge. This week it’s Heidi’s turn to host the ‘All About Holidays’ Challenge.
This week I have made another Christmas card for my stash. I am still nowhere near my 120 cards required, but I’ll keep plugging away!
I used a stamp set from Verve called ‘Ornamental Christmas’ for my sentiment and a miscellaneous deer die for my main image in shiny gold cardstock. I sponged Catherine Pooler Designs ‘Rockin’ Red’ ink behind the deer, spritzed it with a bit of water to soften the edges and added a few sequins for some extra bling. I mounted the main panel on some Stampin Up ‘Mossy Meadow’ cardstock then onto a ‘Whisper White’ base.
Come join in the fun and make a Holiday card. Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post. We’d love to have you join us. You have until Wednesday, 3rd October at 9:00 Melbourne Time or Tuesday 5pm Mountain Time to link up your project.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.
I love the simplicity of this card Tristan. The splash of vibrant raspberry in the background really showcases your beautiful die cut deer. Well done!
