Masculine Makes

This weekend, I decided to focus on making masculine cards.

My first card is for:

Now, a snowboard might be a stretch for the transport theme but it can get you from A (the top of the mountain) to B (the bottom of the mountain). I printed the snowboarder from an old SU digital image and then fussy cut it out. I added it to a panel with some ink smooshing and puffy paint to look like snow. The sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps called ‘Super sentiments’ and fits nicely.

Next up is a card for:

This was a cute sketch to play with and I decided to make a new baby card using a cute bee hive and buzzing bees. I had these guys as digital images on my PC, so printed them out, coloured them in , fussy cut them out, mounted them with foam tape and my card was done.

Next up is a card for:

I used a digital stamp I’ve had for a while From the Heart Stamps called ‘Surf’s Up Birdbrain’. I printed it and coloured it with my Stampin Blends and added some puffy pain for the foam of the waves. I love this cheeky chick!

Well, that’s it for today. Thanks for looking and have a great day.

  1. You rock at Masculine cards Tristan. All of these are incredible. I struggle making male cards so I get lots of ideas from your gorgeous creations.

  2. I think all these cards have a great sense of movement . I love that texture on the surfing cards – that wave is threatening to engulf the chick. Thanks for joining The Library.
