I used a new to me stamp set and matching dies from Stampin Up called ‘Cheerful Daisies’ that I inked up in Daffodil Delight ink. I applied a vellum petal overlay and then some pearls for the flower centres.

AAA Cards #245 – Masculine opt monochrome

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

For my card I sponged a panel in SU inks of Balmy Blue, Seaside Spray, Boho Blue and Marina Mist. I then stamped the Tim Holtz ‘Theories’ cyclists and Altenew ‘Spectacular Adventure’ sentiment. I think this is a super cool looking masculine card.

Just Add Ink #662 – Just Add a Sketch

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great theme for you!

I decided to use some old DSP from Stampin Up called ‘Symbols of Fortune’. I die cut the largest flowers from the DSP and then popped them up on a white panel over a Garden Green card base.

CAS Colours & Sketches #516

Hello there. For the next 3 months I’m playing along as Guest Designer over at CAS Colours & Sketches and do we have a great sketch challenge for you!

For my card I used a DSP strip from the Stampin Up ‘Fresh as a Daisy’ DSP and some die cut flowers from the Stampin Up ‘Cheerful Daisies’ stamp and die set which I did a bit of loose water colouring.

Just Add Ink #660 – Just Add a Die Cut Inlay

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great theme for you!

This card came together pretty quickly as I went to my stash of scraps and already coloured flowers. The flowers are from a SU DSP called ‘True Love’ which I’d coloured with my STampin Blends. I die cut the work happy with an onld alphabet die and then popped up the card base but left the ‘happy’ lowered. This is such a cool technique but I think next time I’d go with a slightly larger font die as this was super fiddly!

For my card I used the paper Roses ‘leafy circle’ die nd did a bit of paper piercing. The sentiment is I created on my PC. It was a simple card to make but I think the simplicity makes it stunning.
