I decided rather than have squares on my cards that I’d replace them with the cutest Christmas owls. These owl stamps were a find at my local Op Shop so no idea where they are from but I stamped and coloued them with my Stampin Blends, then fussy cut out before popping them on some red ribbon.

Hello there. It’s time for another awesome colour challenge over at CAS Colours & Sketches!

With colours like these, me default has been something floral but I had a look through my stamp sets and landed on one from MFT clled ‘Color Drops’ that I thought would be perfect. I ended up stamping each colour 4 times around a circle and then popped up a sentiment from Uniquely Creative.

Hello there. It’s time for another awesome double challenge over at CAS Colours & Sketches – three great colours and a sketch!

I opted for a flower for my shape in the sketch, using a multi-step stamp set from Altenew called ‘Orange Foliage’ which I inked up in Altenew inks in Andromedea, Wisteria and Moss. I die cut the panel with a stitched rectangle die.

For my card I flipped the sketch on it’s side and then masked off masked off the panel, sponged a couple of different green inks, then stamped the sentiment from the Kaiserkraft ‘Fa la la’ stamp set and gold heat embossed it.

For my card I used the stacked star dies from Uniquely Cretive and a sentiment is I created on my PC. It was a simple card to make and who doesn’t like making simple cards when their pushed for time?!

Hello there. For the next 3 months I’m playing along as Guest Designer over at CAS Colours & Sketches and do we have a great sketch challenge for you!

For my card I used a DSP strip from the Stampin Up ‘Fresh as a Daisy’ DSP and some die cut flowers from the Stampin Up ‘Cheerful Daisies’ stamp and die set which I did a bit of loose water colouring.

For my card I used the paper Roses ‘leafy circle’ die nd did a bit of paper piercing. The sentiment is I created on my PC. It was a simple card to make but I think the simplicity makes it stunning.
