AAA Birthday #79 – Music

Hello there, it’s time for a new challenge over at AAA Birthday and do we have a great theme for you!

Quite sometime ago, I saw a card made that looked like a piano, so I decided to give it a go and luckily I had a 12×12 piece of glossy black cardstock so I could make my piano cardbase. There was lots of cutting happening to form the piano keys and to get the piano shape right but I’m really happy with how it looks. I used some paper and fabric flowers and leaves in my stash to decorate the top of the piano, along with some large gems and golden butterflies and added some birthday sheet music to the cutaway area.

  4. This is absolutely fabulous! Great idea to use black glossy paper for the grand piano, it really gives it that special touch, and the vibrant colours of the flowers makes the whole card pop. I love everything about this card, and I might just have to CASE it! x
