Hey there! I’m a card-making enthusiast with a passion for creativity that knows no bounds. Currently, I’m fortunate to be a part of four fantastic international card design teams, where I get to explore my craft and connect with fellow artists from all corners of the globe. It’s amazing how the world of card making can bring people together, and I’m constantly inspired by the diversity of styles and ideas that come my way.
Beyond my card-making adventures, I lead a pretty busy life in the learning and development field, where I work full time as a Learning Lead. I thrive on helping others grow and reach their full potential, and it’s a role that keeps me on my toes and constantly learning. When I’m not immersed in the world of work or crafting, you can find me on the netball court, coaching and sharing my love for the game with a bunch of amazing individuals.
So, whether I’m crafting, guiding professional development, or coaching on the court, I’m all about embracing lifes colorful and creative possibilities! Thanks for stopping by my corner of the web, and I hope you enjoy exploring my card creations and more.
Hello there, it’s time for another Watercooler Wednesday Challenge and Dawn is our host with a masculine challenge this week!
I used a new Stamping Up set called ‘Mountain Air’ for my card this week. I layered the mountains with Seaside Spray and Blueberry Bushel inks on some watercolour paper. I spritzed it with water to get the inks and stamps blending. I used silver embossing powder for the moon. I didn’t add a sentiment as I thought it would take away from the scene I’d created.
Come join in the fun and make a masculine card. Check out the projects that the other artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created, take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post. We’d love to have you join us. Well, this month we have another challenge over at Sweet Stampin’ Christmas challenge blog where we’d like you to feature a sentiment.
I used a sentiment from Winnie & Walker ‘In a word merry’ which I stamped multiple times and heat embossed in clear embossing powder and then ink smooshed a few different greens inks. I added a tiny Christmas word and mounted it all on a white card base and my card was done.
Come join in our fun and add to your Christmas card stash. Visit the challenge blog to check out the inspiration the other CaSSettes have made. Link up your card by 5am 11th March (Melbourne time) or 6pm 10th March (UK time).
Hello there, it’s time for another Watercooler Wednesday Challenge and Marsha is our host with an all about occasions challenge this week!
I decided to make a birthday card for one of my nephews using a super cute set from Clearly Besotted called ‘Caped cuties’. I stamped a few of the ‘super heroes’; coloured them with my Stampin Blends; stamped a few buildings and the sentiment onto my card base and popped up the cuties with dimensionals.

Well hello there, I’m back with a card that’s all about Christmas Sass!
I love Katzelkraft images, especially their snarky looking cats. I loosely watercoloured the snarkiest looking cat, then created my sentiment on my PC and added both to some striped flocked Christmas DSP from Stampin Up.
Doesn’t he look thrilled to be wearing that Santa hat?!
Hello there, it’s time for another Always Fun Challenge with a challenge all about love this week!
I made my card for my daughter, who I think is just pure magic and I love her to bits – but I might be biased! The unicorn is from Visible Images ‘Believe in Unicorns’ and the sentiment is from Ellen Hutson ‘Pure Magic’

With Valentine’s day fast approaching I decided to make a card for my hubby which lets him know how much he’s appreciated. He’s been away for a week now and I really miss him and all that he does around the house and with our daughter whilst I work full time.
I was inspired by the flowers on the book cover; the theme in the inspiration photo, love in my heart at TMR (for my hubby) and I have a new stamp set from Altenew that I received in one of their mystery boxes ‘Forever and Always’. I stamped one of the flowers in the corner of the card and coloured it with my Stampin Blends. I added a bit of grey around the outside to provide some shadowing and depth.
I love combining challenges (as you can probably tell – LOL) and I thought these 3 were perfect together. Now, you may not be able to see it that well in this card, but before I die cut the main panel, I added melon mambo ink to the die frame so that it went into the faux stitched parts of the edge – can you see it? I sponged the smokey slate over an Altenew stencil. The bird is from Katzelkraft ‘la femme des animals’ and I watered coloured her with pool party ink. The sentiment is from Unity Stamps Co and was a freebie in a recent order.
I know exactly which friend will be getting this card!
I was inspired by the colours in this photo and decided to make a floral card using a stamp from Altenew ‘Floral Sprig’ which was another set that came in my mystery bag! I stamp the floral image and coloured it with my Stampin Blends. I added a grey outline to make the flowers pop and a few sequins for balance.
I was inspired to make an alcohol ink background panel in water colours for the LRW theme and then the unicorn from CAS-ual Fridays ‘Be a unicorn’ and sentiment from Essentials by Ellen ‘Pure magic’ for a bit of sass but also a little bit affectionate!
I used a new stamp from Altenew ‘Bold floral drape’ with inks from Catherine Pooler Designs in melon ice, garden party and grass skirt. The sentiment is also from Altenew ‘Label love’.
I decided to use a stamp set from Simon Says Stamp called ‘Foodie friends’ and chose the adorable little chilies (their a veggie right?!) which I stamped and then watercoloured with my red Zig real brush markers. I stamped the chilies so they formed a heart shape and added the sentiment beneath them.
Well, that’s it for today. Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Hello there, it’s time for another Fusion Challenge and do we have a great sketch and inspirational photo for you!
I was inspired by the ‘love’ theme and the colour. I created an alcohol ink background with some Nuvo gold flakes. I die cut the word love and then mounted it on a white card base with a red ribbon for the finishing touch.

I used the ‘Christmas Rose’ and ‘Here’s a Card’ stamp sets from Stampin Up for my card. I coloured them with my Stampin Blends. It’s such a pretty floral set it should be used for more than just Christmas!
