You know me with a sketch, I tend to flip them and that’s what I’ve done here! U sed some pre-coloured and cut flowers for my oval element and then some yellow and white bakers twine for my criss crossing element and a tiny sentiment popping out from my flowers.

Sketch Saturday #751 opt use a die cut shape

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I flipped the sketch on its side and made another Christmas card for my stash. I used stamps and dies from an old Stampin’ up set ‘Poinsettia Petals’ and a sentiment from ‘Perfectly Plaid’ heat embossed in white on a die cut shape.

Sketch Saturday #750 opt use buttons

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I thought the hexagon shapes looked like snowflakes, so decided to make a Christmas card using an old stamp set from Unity Stamp Co ‘Snowflake Kisses’ inked up in Altenew crisp dye inks in Lagoon, Volcano Lake and Mountain Mist. I masked off the entre panel for my sentiment , mounted the panel on some Stampin Up cardstock in Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana added some gems to the centre of my snowflakes and I was done.

Sketch Saturday #749 – Opt use a trio of something

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I thought this sketch was another good one to make a Christmas card using some fab DSP from Stampin Up ‘Boughs of Holly’. I used a sentiment embossing folder for my dark green panel and then add 3 holly berry leaves I had in my stash and 3 green enamel dots.

Sketch Saturday #748 opt use a food or drink theme

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I chose not to go with the optional theme of food or drink on my card and felt the sketch lent itself to a simple Christmas card. I used some DSP from Stampin Up ‘Joy of Christmas’ for the panel and then die cut ‘ho ho ho’ and added them to some layered circles and added a sentiment from Uniquely Creative.

Sketch Saturday #747 – Opt Black and White

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I love a good black and white card – they’re very classy! For my card I used some diagonal stripe DSP and fussy cut flowers from the Stampin Up ‘True Love’ DSP along with a sentiment from Uniquely Creative. I added a couple of chrome pearls and my card was done.

Sketch Saturday #746 opt feature an animal

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

This sketch made me think of sunshine and sunrays. So I went to a stamp set from Papertrey Ink called ‘Hello sunshine’ using some Altenew inks to form the ombre sunrays.

Sketch Saturday #745 twist feature green

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I decided to soften the look of the rectangle and squares on this sketch by using flowers instead of the squares and a sentiment in place of the rectangle. The flowers are from the Stampin Up True Love DSP coloured with my Stampin Blends in Pale Papaya and Flirty Flamingo. The sentiment is from the Stampin Up Biggest Wish stamp set. As you can see I didn’t feature green which is unusual considering green is my favourite colour!

Sketch Saturday #744

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I decided to use some coordinating products from Stampin Up – Hand Penned DSP and matching dies. The sentiment is from SU Charming Sentiments stamp set. I added some bling to the centres of the die cut flowers.

Sketch Saturday #743

Hello there, it’s time for another Sketch Saturday Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I love this sketch, it’s so versatile as the circle could be anything and for my card I chose to fussy cut a black and white flower from some old DSP which I popped up over twine and some yellow and white DSP with a sentiment from Uniquely Creative. Not sure if you can see it in the photo, but I added some silver Nuvo drops to the centre of the flower.
