AAA Cards #300 – Sketch

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

I used one of my Kaleidacolor tamp sets in ‘Melon Melody’ which I blended on the top portion of my card. I then added a candle die along the base of the ink panel and then stamped the sentiment from Edgy’s ‘Basic Bitch’.

AAA Cards #299 – Colour Challenge

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great colour combination for you!

I used one of the girls from the Whimsy Stamps ‘Gossip Girls’ stamp set. I coloured her with my SU Blends in Highland Heather, Orchid Oasis and Crumb Cake (the brown and both purples in the the combo) and I made the sentiment on my laptop.

I followed the lead with the autumn colours and the leaves in the tree. I used retired products from Stampin Up – Beauty of Friendship (sentiment) and Beauty of the Earth ( DSP) and dies.

AAA Cards #297 – Anything CAS Goes – Opt twist All Green

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and this fortnight we have an Anything CAS theme for you with an optional twist to go all green!

For my card I did some multi-stamping of my name word – Christmas – from the Stampin Up ‘More Wishes’ stamp set in Stampin Up inks in Soft Sea Foam, Parakeet Party, Granny Apple Green, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow. I then stamped ‘merry’ in black ink in the centre slightly to the side and mouted the panel onto a green cardbase.

I sponged an oval with Fresh Lemon, Autumn Blaze and Fire Brick from Altenew. I added a die cut hammock scene and a sentiment form Uniquely Creative ‘Inspirational Sentiments’. Love it when a card is this simple.

For my card I used the Summer and Activity prompts – in this instance the activity is a birthday. I used the Stampin Up ‘Brewed for You’ stamp set inked up with Altenew Citrus Burst and Sunkist inks. An easy and fun birthday card for a guy.

AAA Cards #294 – Follow the Leader

For my card, I masked off a central area and then stamped the script stamp ‘En francais’ from Stampin up in black ink. I stamped a couple of the leaves from Stampin Up ‘Forever Fern’ in Basic Grey ink and added a butterfly from my stash.

AAA Cards #293 – Anything CAS Goes opt twist sentiment focus

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

I went with the twist to make my sentiment the focus on my card. I stamp the large YOU from the MFT ‘All About You’ stamp set. I used my Kaleidacolor stamp pad in ‘Carabbean Sea’ to get that graded colour. I then white heat embossed the rest of the sentment on some black cardstock.

AAA Cards #291 – Follow my Lead – Sue Symons

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

I loved everything about Sue’s card so didn’t change up much except for the sentiment and the location of the sentiment. I used an alphabet die for the main word and then a stamp from MFT ‘All About You’ for the you word. Such a classy looking card with that edge of gold embossing.
