I love the look of this sketch ad decided to repeat the rainbow strips with some scraps of Stampin Up DSP. I added a die cut word on tp and finished the sentiment from Stampin Up ‘Number of Years’.

AAA Cards #291 – Follow my Lead – Sue Symons

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

I loved everything about Sue’s card so didn’t change up much except for the sentiment and the location of the sentiment. I used an alphabet die for the main word and then a stamp from MFT ‘All About You’ for the you word. Such a classy looking card with that edge of gold embossing.

AAA Cards #290 – Anything CAS Birthday Goes

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

The flag benner in the challenge image inspired be to use some musical notes up the side of my card. I then coloured and popped us the guitar from Stampin Up ‘Enjoy the Rhythm’ with a sentiment from ‘Approaching Perfection’. A nice and simple card for a music lover.

AAA Cards #289 – Colour Combination

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great colour combo for you!

For my card I chose the 2 greens and the darkest pick. I used an old wave doe from Stampin Up the dark green, the the leaves and rose were made with dies from Altenew ‘Rose layering dies’. The sentiment is from Uniquely Creative.

AAA Cards #287 – Game

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

For my two cards, I went with silhouettes and landscapes. I used Stampin Up DSPs – New Horizons (fishing) and Meandering Meadows (runner). The sentiments are from the SU stamp set ‘Greatest Journey’. The runner die is from the matching die set to the stamps and the fisherman is an old miscellaneous one.

AAA Cards #286 – Follow my lead

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you – this fortnight we are following the leader – Kristin Sluhan.

I was inspired by the fern frond, central sentiment and ink splatters on her card.I die cut my fern frond from some Stampin Up cardstock in Old Olive. Created the ink splatters with the matchink ink refil and stamped one of the sentiments from the “Artfully layered’ stamp set.

AAA Cards #285 Anything CAS Goes opt twist Spring (colours)

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

I added the optional twist of using Spring colours with my ALtenew inks in Puffy Heart, Bamboo and Snap Dragon. I roughly sponged these colours over my Altenew ‘Blooming Delight’ flowers. You can quite see it in this photo but I added some Dazling Diamond glass to the stamens in the flowers.

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great sketch for you!

I must admit seeing the reindeers in the sketch inspired me to make a Christmas card. I used the ‘Gnome for the Holidays’ stamp set from Stampin up, coloured in with my Stampin Blends. The sentiment I made on my PC and popped it all on a white card base.

AAA Cards #283 – Colour Challenge

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great colour theme for you!

I’ve been trying to use up my DSP stash and had the perfect piece for this challenge from the Stampin Up ‘New Horizons’ DSP pack. I cut a sliver for the middle of my card, die cut the cyclist from the ‘Greatest Journey’ dies and added a sentiment from the matching stamp set. A super quick and easy card.
