Just Add Ink #762 – Photo Inspiration

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great photo to inspire you!

I was inspired by the tartan blacket, the coffee mug and the autumn colours in the photo. I used some old Stampin Up DSP called ‘Sweater Weather’ which I sponged the edges in Early Espresso ink. I thin stamped two of the coffee mugs from the Lil’Inkers ‘Latte Love’ stamp set; fussy cut them out and popped them onto my background panel.

Just Add Ink #760 – Colour Challenge

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great colour theme for you – Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Gold.

I was inspired by the colours to make a Christmas project and in this instance a 3D card in the shape of a pyramid which can fold flat for posting. I used some old Stampin Up DSP called ‘Peaceful Print’ along with a gold die cut circle tree tag over the sentiment banner. The pyramid is held closed with a fancy bulb brad.

Just Add Ink #756 – Just Add a Belly Band

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great theme for you!

I made a card with matching envelope using some old Stampin Up DSP ‘Fresh Florals’. I stamped, coloured (Tranquil Tide, Merry Merlot, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede) and die cut some images from the Stampin Up ‘Cake Celebrations’ stamp set for the card and belly band. The circles were cut using the Stampin Up ‘Spotlight on Nature’ dies and I added some pearls to the flower centres to finish the card off.

Just Add Ink #754 – Choose 2 – Die Cut/Flower/Ribbon

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great theme for you!

I chose Die Cut/Flower for my card/project. I saw a project by Brenda Quintana making a box using some dies and decided that I could replicate this but using different dies. Can I tell you I wasted about 4 sheets of cardstock trying to get it right but I finally got there!

All the items are from Stampin Up – DSP ‘Bloom Impresions’, ‘Special Moments’ and ‘Flowers of Beauty’ stamp sets and blends in Pumpkin Pie and Grapefruit Grove.

Here are my instructions. I hope you have a go and don’t waste as many piece of cardstock as I did!

Just Add Ink #752 – Photo Inspiration

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great photo to inspire you!

This is such a cute card. I was inspired by the flowers on the back of this VW Beetle and the wedding vibe of the photo. I used the largest woman from the Stamp by me ‘Beautiful Inside & Out’ stamp set. I coloured the image using Stampin Blends in Crumb Cake, Seaside Spray, Bubble Bath amd Soft Seafoam. The sentiment is from Stampin Up ‘Charming Sentiments’. Can you see the little bit of netting I’ve added to her hair to look like a bridal veil?

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great colour theme for you – Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink, Summer Splash and Basic Black.

For the grass part of my card, I used the retired Stampin Up ‘Inspired by Nature’ stamp which was inked in Basic Black. I then sponged the Summer Splash and added little flowers in Peach Pie and Pretty in Pink. The sentiment is from Stampin Up ‘Charming Sentiments’. Just Add Ink #748 – Sketch

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great sketch for you!

I made a very simple and monochrome card. I thought tne centre rectabgle on the sketch was perfect for a ribbon. My central sentiment is from Stampin Up ‘Happiest of Birthdays’. I did some layering with black, white and purple cardstock scraps.

Just Add Ink #744 – Just Choose Two

Hello there, it’s time for another Just Add Ink Challenge and do we have a great theme for you!

I chose Rainbows-Shimmer for my card. I had some gorgeous shimmery cardstock in my stash that I cut into strips and then did a little bit of weaving. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Stampin Up ‘Number of Years’ stamp set and die cut our the ‘Happy’ from some black and white cardstock and my card was finished.
