WWC #228 – Marsha’s Feminine ‘Anything Goes’ Challenge

Hello there, it’s time for another Watercooler Wednesday Challenge and Marsha is our host with a feminine anything goes challenge this week!

I made this card for my Mother-in-laws birthday. I created an alcohol ink background and then placed a die cut panel on top with an embossed sentiment and a few matt layers.

I just love how this project came out.
