Well, this month we have another challenge over at Christmas Craft Creations challenge blog with an optional twist to include Christmas trees.

I have a stamp in my ‘collection’ that I’ve had for years and can’t remember where it’s from but knew it would be perfect for this challenge. I used my distress markers to colour the tree and then lightly spritzed it and stamped it. I then coloured the rest of the stamp with black ink and stamped that without spritzing. I added a bit of sparkle to the baubles and some yellow to the halo of the star, a popped up sentiment and my card was done.

Come join in our fun and add to your Christmas card stash. Visit the Challenge blog to check out the inspiration the other CCCettes have made. Link up your card by 3am 7th July (Melbourne time) or 6pm 7th July (UK time).
Thanks for looking and have a great day.
This is such a lovely design, Tristan! You’re right, the stamp is perfect for our challenge. I really love the softness of the tree from the spritzing. – Charlotte/Lady Joyful

A beautiful stamp Tristan and it makes a stunning card. Love the watercolour look to the tree with the sharp black music.

Completely agree this cool stamp was meant for this challenge. Great job inking with markers and spritzing. I always have trouble with that technique. Beautiful card.
