Well I’m back to work tomorrow, so I’ve been busy making the most of my time to create. As per usual, I’ve been playing along with some of my favourite challenges.
First up is a card for:
I inked up a stamp set from Hero Arts called ‘Tulip Field Heroscape’ that is multi-layered and created a dutch tulip field scene.
Next is a card for The Male Room challenge #140 – Sport.
I created a sponged background that looks like the inside of a wave and added a die cut windsurfer. I added a little bit of puffy paint to emulate the white caps on the waves.
Next is a card for TGIF Challenges #272.
I used a stamp set from Stampin Up called ‘Embrace Each Moment’. I stamped the image over the shaped elements of the sketch and coloured it with my Stampin Blends.
Next is a card for The Card Concept #138a – Tropical Treats.
I was inspired by the colours of the inspiration photo and created a floral card with the Stampin Up ‘Blossoms in bloom’ stamp set on top of a watercolour wash background.
Lastly is a card for the Christmas Kickstart Challenge #33 – Hatty Christmas.
I had this cute little chickie in my stash and added him to a DSP circle and used a sentiment from the Ton.

My original didn’t post, so sorry I can’t remember what I wrote, I wrote so much LOL – However, a great set of cards, beautifully coloured and designed, awesome cards. I LOVE the card for our challenge, your wave really does look like a wave turning over with the surfer inside, incredible inking on it. LOVE it. Love how you interpreted the TGIF Challenges sketch! The simplicity of the rest of the card just draws you into the beautiful stamped image and coloring on your two tags. Such an elegant card! Thanks for playing with TGIF Challenges this week!
