Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great sketch for you!

For my card, I used an old stamp set from Stampin Up called ‘Dress to Impress’. I stamped and coloured the lipsticks in Cherry Cobler and Lovely Lipstick. i added from Shimmer to the lipstick part (not sure it shows well in the photo thought).

AAA Birthday #82 – Slimline

Hello there, it’s time for a new challenge over at AAA Birthday and do we have a great theme for you!

I don’t make many slimline cards, but I should as they really lend themselves to differnt types of designs. For my card I decided to do an eclipse die cut sentiment. I first stamped the Stampin Up ‘Flowing Flowers’ with Altenew inks in Mountain Pine, Andromeda and Midnight Violet, the die cut the sentiment and popped the letters up. I added some coloured pearls to finish it off.

Come join in the fun; we’d love to see how you were inspired. Check out the projects that the other artists at AAA Birthday have created, take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post. We’d love to have you join us.  You have until Saturday 28th February to link up your project.

AAA Cards #307 – Colour Challenge

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great colour combo for you!

I felt this colour combo lent itself to a mountin/outdoor scene, so I turned to my Stampin Up ‘On the horizon’ stamps and dies. I ued Stampin Up cardstock in Basic Beige, Certainly Celeery, Mossy Meadow and Secret Sea to form my scene. I love how this turned out.

Two for Two!

Did a little bit of crafing today, playing along with The Male Room Challenge #206 and Addicted to CAS #300.

I love the idea to put a tag on a card, it gives you a chance to be really creative. I used up some scraps of various blue cardstock from Stampin up and layered them onto a tag. I die cut a few stars from the Uniquely Creative ‘Stacked Star’ dies and poped up a sentiment from Uniquely creative, some twine and my card was done.

For my AtC card, I used the Stampin Up ‘Birthday Goodness’ stampset and coloured the donut cake with my Stampin Blends in Crumb Cake and Magenta Madness. I added some crystal glaze to the icing on the donuts. Tasty right?!

Well, that’s it for today. I need to start getting ready for the work week ahead. Thanks for stopping by for a look.
