I was inspired by Helen’s sponged circle with her image in the centre and the sentiment along the base. I changed up the positioning of my sponged circle and had my image slightly to the side. I coloured and fussy cut one of the cats from the Cats Pajamas N7874 set and popped him on a Stampin Up Soft Sky spomged circle.

I chose – Masculine!

This was a very simple card to make, yet I think it’s pretty cool looking. I used a couple of my square dies, and die cut a series of whole and outlined squares from Stampin Up cardstock in Old Olive and Night of Navy. I then arranged them in a stacked diamond sort of shape and popped up the sentiment from Stampin Up ‘Not 29 Anymore’ on top and I was done.

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

How fun is this theme? An iconic item fom the 80s was the Rubiks cube, so I thought I’d make one for my card. I cut a series of 2cm squares and layered them onto black square and popped this up on my card base. I printed my sentiment on my PC – Cube-lations = Celebrations!

I chose Animals to go with the central on the farm theme. I used a new to me matching stamp set and dies from Whimsy Stamps called ‘Cranky Pants’. I water coloured the cranky goat and then die cut him out popping him over the main die cut sentiment.

I went with S is for Sailing. I used Stamping Up products on my card – stamp set and matching punch ‘ Let’s Set Sail’, inks in Misty Moonlight, Seaside Spray, Mossy Meadow, Secret Sea and Pebble Path and a littlw bit of twine.

These colours scream flowers to me, so I reached for a new to me set from Stampin Up ‘Boutique Blossoms’ which has matching dies too! I inked to flowers up in Stampin Up Pumpkin Pie, Crisp Cantaloupe, Bubble Bath and Magenta Madness inks; die cut them out and then layered into the bottom corner of my cardbase. The sentiment was in my stash, ut can’t remember where it’s from.

I chose the follow the side aligned elements on Marlies’ card but switched up my card to be vertical. I die cut 3 hearts from gold, brinze and silver cardstock. I drew aline linking them and added a couple of pearls. The sentiment is from Stampin Up ‘Number of Years’.

I was inspired by the fireworks in the skecth and went straight for the Ton ‘Pyrotechinics’ stamp set and my gold and silver heat embossing powder! The sentiment is from Stampin Up ‘Occassionaly Funny’. A simple but elegant card I think.

Hello there, it’s time for another challenge over at AAA Cards and do we have a great theme for you!

For my 1 + 1, I chose Summer and Sun. For me that meant summer/sun colours so I went to my cardstock scrap stash for all the yellows and oranges that I feel make up a sunshine colour scheme. I layed them onto my cardbase in a radiating outwards pattern, both up and down and then added a sentiment cerated on my laptop with some yeloow and white twine and my card was done.
